Hi. Thank you for writing to ATD.
Deep Dyspareunia, as the medical term goes for pain abdomen after sex may be caused by many medical problems. The list includes endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine prolapse, retroverted uterus, uterine fibroids, cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids and ovarian cysts. Scarring from pelvic surgery, including hysterectomy, can sometimes cause painful intercourse. Medical treatments for cancer, such as radiation and chemotherapy, can cause changes that make sex painful.
The conditions involved may have serious health implications. Please have this examined by a Doctor and seek treatment.
Hope this helps.
