Allergic Asthma Problem

Patient: My breathing stops for longer periods due to coughing(allergic asthma).

Symptoms: Coughing, High Fever, stoppage in breathing

Doctor: Hello,Thanks for the queryHigh fever in a case of allergic asthma indicates a secondary infection, could be viral or bacterial. Hence, your symptoms also will increase including breathing difficulties. Drink lots of warm water, saline gargles and steam inhalations help. Avoid allergens known to you, cold weather and cold drinks or chilled food, avoid alcohol, smoking and also stress, they can trigger asthma anytime. Also consult a doctor soon for an examination, looks like you need a course of antibiotics very soon.Take adequate rest as well.Hope this helped.Regards
