Allergic reaction? Not sure what is causing my symptoms.

Patient

Q: A couple days ago I scratched my palm on my new refrigerator. A couple hours later that night my two middle fingers and palm above the scratch got really sensitive, but I ignored it. That night I woke up with a fever, I took some benadryl. When I woke up my entire body was pinkish in color and felt like I had gotten a sunburn. The nest morning my tongue was covered in a milky substance and the inside of my mouth and checks felt weird. Now my teeth are hypersensitive making it difficult to eat. What is causes all this to happen?
