Almost two years ago I had fallen on my neck

Patient

Q: Almost two years ago I had fallen on my neck in basic training and was told I "probably" offset a joint in my neck and the doctor popped my neck and asked if I felt better to which I said yes in fear I would be removed from training due to injury. Overtime the numbness in my neck (the back on the bone) has gotten worse and at random multiple times a day I feel an intense pinching and tingling feeling that's unbearable. If I put my chin in my chest it temporarily relives the pain until I look up again then these pain returns. When I don't feel the pain Im ok but 24/7 the area feels numb to the touch and now I feel like its working its way down my spine. Please help!
