Pus-like rashes on your skin, could mean a blister. The causes could be mostly infective. Staphylococcus, pneumococcal, streptococcal blisters are common.Hair follicle infection also causes painful blisters. Consult a dermatologist for an examination, the doctor will have to start you on a course of antibiotics. Drink lots of water daily and maintain good general health. Also, get tested for diabetes
