Am I Diabetic?

Patient : Hi, I am a 29 year old woman and for quite some years now I have had a lot of symptons whichs seem to relate to diabetes. I am extremely thirsty constantly all year round and can't ever seem to quenche it, I always take a drink to bed at night and need the toilet during the night, I always feel really tired and have a lack of energy most the time.In the past several years I have had 2 finger-prick tests and a bloodtest for this and they have all come back normal. I haven't had a test now for approx 2 years. 2 nurses after these tests have commented it would seem I have some kind of condition though, just not diabetes. I get extremely bad shakes and this is happening really often. When I get them it feels like my whole body is shaking, I feel light-headed and need to sit down. Also my Grandad has type 2 diabetes.
