Too much drinking of water is also dangerous. Daily on an average requirement is from 2-4 liters or around 1 gallon. Over consumption cause electrolyte imbalances most which are fatal/life threatening. Avoid over consumption of water and drink as per requirement which varies from age, body, climate and geographic location.
