Patient: I am currently drinking at a minimum 5 litres of water a day. I have done some research and know that the ‘average’ person should drink a lot less than i do. I work in a warehouse environment (lots of heavy lifting for a period of 8 hours) so i know i need more than the average person, but i want to make sure i am not over doing the water intake. Drinking water makes me feel so much better than if i didn’t. I actually did a test to see if was true, and drank half of what i usually would and i felt terrible. I drink 5ltres plus and feel good but is this a good thing?
