Am I over reacting?

Patient

Q: Today I was told that I had high hemoglobin levels in December of last year and that was a good thing. And that the prolonged vaginal bleeding (going into 3 months) that I've been experiencing is fine and that I should take birth control. I did have an ultra sound taken and was told that it was "unremarkable". I'm 26 and don't have any children and am very frustrated because my concerns seem to not be taken seriously and that no matter what is found that I'm "Fine" and "normal". Am I over reacting?
