Am I taking too many supplements?

Q: After abusing my body, with alcohol, food, marijuana, over the last few years. I have woken up, im on a high protein, low carb diet, and have begun exercising alot. Im taking supplements such as whey protein. I am also using supplement vitamin tablets such as, Swisse Iron, Swisse Heart, Swisse Liver detox, Acai Berry, Maqui Berry, Musashi Fat metaboliser, Cranberry, Fish Oil, Echinacea, Garlic, Zinc and Vitamin C. I realise this sounds overkill, but im really trying to get my body in top shape, internally,externally. Is this all too much, or ok Doctor.

A:    I would be enough just keep a healthy and balanced diet, avoid tobacco, and keep your weight under control also practice some exercise routine at least 45 minutes three times a week. I recommend taking a multivitamin; any of the preparations in the market that you like would be good for you.
