Amoxicillin and cetrizine for cold?

Patient: Can i use cipmox 250 mg(amoxycillin trihydrate) and okacet 10 mg(cetrizine hydrochloride) for cold?

Doctor: Most cases of common cold are caused by viruses for which no treatment is required. Cetrizine will help to relieve some symptoms of allergy. You can use amoxycillin if there is any evidence of pulmonary infection such as cough with expectoration and fever. I hope the information helps, take care.
