Patient :An MRI shows I have suprapatelar fat pad impingenent of both knees. I have some pain, but, my main concern is that occasionally my knees will lock bent. My doctor recommened corticosteriod injections. Will the injections help prevent my knees from locking?
Symptoms: Locking knees, MRI positive for intrapatellar fat pad inpingement, severe pain when the knees lock.
