Anesthesia at Four weeks Pregnant

Patient

Q: I am 4 weeks pregnant and just had a mole removed from lower back; before I knew it the Dermatologist gave me a local anesthetic via injection. When I asked her, she said it was such a small amount, it shouldn't matter, but I am really worried. I know that anesthesia, especially in the first trimester, has been linked to learning disabilities and nervous system disorders. I am particularly freaking out because in this week 4 time is when the baby is developing the nervous system and brain. Should I be worried about the healthy development of my baby? Is there anything I can do at this point?
