Patient : I have been experiencing pain in my back as soon as i train my abdominal muscles. I do not think it is caused by the exercises because it occurs with every exercise I do with which I have to use my muscles. (sit ups, machines, even when I do not have to bend my body). It is located more to the lower region of the middle of my back and when I stop exercising (due to the pain) my abs tighten up until the pain is gone. I can not explain otherwise but it is very inconvenient and annoying because I would love to train my abs..
