Patient : I am a teen running track in my track team. After about a week I began to feel discomfort on the inside of my shin just above my ankle. I was told to ice the spot but since then my legs have deteriorated to the point where both legs hurt and occasionally after a workout I can hardly walk. Is there anything that can help alleviate this issue besides just ice. Resting won't be easy because I really want to run track. As a side not the initial discomfort came after a strenuous day of hurdling
