Anterior Sternoclavicular strain (Class 1 or 2)

Patient: What are the most common treatments for a class 1 sternoclavicular joint sprain? My orthopedic surgeon, after addressing 2 herniated disks and a wrist injury offered no suggestions other than surgery was not a viable option. My online search points toward PRP injections. Your thoughts?

Symptoms: Constant pain at the joint (level 3 out of 10). Pain at joint if lifting with arms forward of body pushing up similar to a close grip shoulder press. Grinding at the joint when raising my arm.
