Patient : Whenever I feel very hungry, its usually worse around lunchtimes but not always, I get very anxious, irritable, lightheaded and feel weak. I always have to ensure that I eat before I exercise as if I exercise on an empty stomach I feel terrible. Is this something I should get check out or just ensure that I eat regularly?
