Any connection between injuries?

Patient

Q: I'm a girl and 15 years old. In April i had surgery on both of my knees to remove plica. For about a week my hips have been hurting. It is more of a crampy, aching pain but sometimes its a sharp pain. It hurts to walk and to just sit there or lay down. When I walk it feels like a grinding just uncomfortable feeling. When I'm laying down my feet sometimes get numb. I was just wondering if having plica has anything to do with my hip pain or if its something completely different? Also when i was a todler my legs always just collapsed on me does that have anything to do with this?
