Q: Im a 27 year old female...i have been diagnosed with spondylolysis at L4 with grade 1 spondylolisthesis of L4 upon L5 along with moderate degenerative disc disease at this level... facet arthropathy at L3-L4 and mild degenerative disc disease at L5 - s1.... im not sure what my options are at my age...and want to know is this something that will continue to get worse...i have had physical therapy didnt help tried countless pain meds nothing relieves it percoset with valium an 3 50mg tabs of ultram make it tolerable but the pain never goes away....im at a loss as to what to do or what to expect..... thanks elizabeth from missouri
