Any suggestions on what I should do?

Q: I'm 30 weeks pregnant and my baby is pushing against my stomach so hard all day. I've never felt her pushing up so hard against my stomach. I've been having really bad leg cramps the past two nights and haven't had a good nights sleep which has caused me to be more tired. I've been more nauseous than normal and can't keep food down. Every little thing is getting to me. Smells and people. My back has been aching more than normal as well. There's just so much. Should I see the doctor?

Symptoms:  Nausea, cramps, body aches
