Are my symptoms allergic reactions?

Q: What is causing swelling over random parts of my body? 01/09 woke up with swollen tongue too large to fit in my mouth. Have documented all swelling episodes which include left fool, right fool, left arm, right palm, left and then right side of my face and another swollen tongue. Swelling appears to be random. Areas excluding my face itch before and during swelling. All swelling sites appear to have a red rash. I have deleted items from my diet. Have an appointment with an allergist Tuesday 24, 2015. BC survivor 3-years.

Symptoms:  Sometimes itching before hand, feet, are swelling. Wake up with tongue and or face swelling.
