Are PMS symptoms associated with Decidual Bleeding?

Q: Are PMS symptoms associated with Decidual Bleeding? I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend but I didn't ejaculate and I pulled out of her within less than a minute of intercourse. We took plan b and she started bleeding around the correct time of month ( a few days before her expected period date). Before her bleeding, she experienced PMS symptoms. She bled again a few days ago also at the correct time. The week before she also experienced PMS symptoms. I was reading about decidual bleeding and I got worried that this was the bleeding she got. So, if she got PMS symptoms before bleeding does that mean she had a regular period or can PMS symptoms occur prior to decidual bleeding?

Symptoms:  Tender breasts, mood swings
