Are These Symptoms of a UTI?

Patient: Hello, I’m a 19 year old male. Over the past few days I’ve had a few really strange things happen in my urinary system. A few days ago, I began feeling a sudden but very slight urge to urinate almost constantly. It seemed as though I was urinating more than I usually would during the day. This as also accompanied by some slight testicular aching as well. Today, a few days later, I began feeling a large hesitation when I was about to urinate. I now just stand there for a good 10 to 15 seconds while my urine seems to find it’s way out. During this 15 seconds my urinary track burns quite a bit, but once I begin urinating I’m fine. Almost immediately after I urinate, I feel a slight burning sensation in and around my urethra area and an aching feeling in my lower abdomen, around my bladder area. The burning goes away after a little while, but the aching still persists until I use the bathroom again. My urge to urinate is still only slightly present from time to time over the course of today and yesterday. Although I know that UTI’s are very uncommon in men, could I possibly have a bladder infection or UTI? And, if not, what is causing my strange symptoms? I really appreciate your time thank you!
