Are these tests accurate?

Patient

Q: If I started Microgestin FE 1/20 on Nov 28 the first day of my period, and had sex on Dec 24, for the most part with a condom, and started my withdrawl bleed 2-3 days later. Like Dec 26 or 27, and it was pretty normal. And then Jan 13 and Jan 14, I had what I think is break through bleeding, kind of heavy so more than spotting. And then Jan 17, I took two First Response hpts, the early ones, and both were negative. I took the tests 24 days after the sex. Should those tests be accurate? What is my chance of being pregnant?
