Around seven days ago i managed to hit my head

Patient

Q: Around seven days ago i managed to hit my head temple really hard and fast with the corner of my wooden desk. Instantly i got dizzy and felt as if i were going to faint. My head was throbbing from the impact but minutes later it slowly started to fade. However, throughout the day i still felt light discomfort. Days passed, and now being seven days after, i still feel the point of impact of where i hit my temple. When i shower and scrub over my head it feels very unpleasing and even the water itself hitting my head forms a mild discomfort. I have felt naseous and i have felt dizzy in some occasions, but i do not know if that's due to the force i received or other extraneous factors. I am 18 years old and i am worried of any major injury, please help.
