Going to the toilet right after eating food is known as a gastrocolic reflex and it is a normal reflex. It is a reflex in which food present in the stomach will send signals to the rectum to contact and cause defecation. This allows food to be ingested without an increase in the abdominal pressure.
There is no need to worry about. Hope this helps you.
