Asc-h pap smear test abnormal cells

Patient : Hello, i just did my smear test in my country and i receive the result. Abnormalities of epithelial cells: Atypical Squamous Cells, Cannot Rule Out High-Grade Squamous Intra-epithelial Lesion (ASC-H). Cells are present in the transformation zone (endocervical), atypical squamous cells, cannot rule out high-grade squamous intra-epithelial lesion ASC-H. Polygonal cells, isolated or small groups with the size of metaplastic cells , Nucleo-cytoplasmic ratio increased. Polymorphism, hipercromazie, irregular nuclear membrane, chromatin unevenly distributed. What is the next step that i need to do now?Thank you
