Asthama Inhalers and any aditional way of symptom relief ?

Patient

Q: I am currently living in a very smokey area due to grass fires. My asthma reacts strongly to this, I am following my Action plan and increasing and taking my inhalers ( Symbicort and Teva SalbutamolHfa). I am pretty in tune with my body and know I am not about to attack, but I am very uncomfortable, tight in the chest and shallow breaths, I can't really escape from the smoke so I am just having to deal with it. Is there anything I can do beside take my inhalers to relieve some of these symptoms ??
