Patient : My wife of 62 years is suffering from shortness of breath. She is not able to lie down. She prefers sitting or reclining. She is not able to breath through her nose. Hence she always breaths with her mouth. Are these symptoms of Asthma? She has discomfort at the esophagus. Can I give her Tiova inhaler which contains Tiotropium bromide monohydrate equivalent to Tiotropium 0 mcg twice a day. This has been recommended by a doctor here. Please answer me as quickly as possible.
