Asthma and Hypertension

Patient : Can bronchial asthma be causing my idiopathic hypertension? I am 32 years old and have had high blood pressure for 8 years. No doctors has ever been able to diagnose my problem. I Have went to a cardiologist , nephrologist, and internist. I have had extensive blood work and tests and nothing shows up. Recently, I found out I have lightweight bronchial asthma. I have an inhaler that I use and i see that sometimes my blood pressure decreases after use. I ususally have a blood pressure of 140/100 and it will go down to 115/75.
Symptoms:  High blood pressure, tightness in chest , chest pain
