At my job, every day I have to use bleach

Patient : At my job, every day I have to use bleach to disinfect and clean rooms. We just started doing this 2 months ago. Since we started doing this, I have had a severe sore throat. It feels super dry like I desperately need to drink water at all times or need cough drops nonstop. I took a vacation 2 weeks ago and the sore throat went away completely. But as soon as I started working again it is as bad as it could get. We were not advised to wear masks or anything but if we want to, all we have is the paper surgical masks. I don't see us stoping the use of these chemicals anytime soon and I dont know how much more my throat can take. Is there anything I can do to make this sore throat go away? What are your reccomendations?
