Patient :A typical schedule for me is crossfit M-F at either 6am/7am for an hour. I go directly to class and work until 4pm/6pm then I have practice for my competitive college cheer team from 9-1130pm. I absolutly exhausted every day and i try to " catch up" on my sleep during the weekends but its not working. What do i do?
