Patient : I recently had been given a oral glucose tolerance test, the results were normal. However, I have noticed that in my toilet there appears to be a gray colored mold that grows back every 2-3 days after cleaning. I came across some posts online that indicate that this may be linked to high levels of glucose in the urine that feed the mold and allow them to grow.
Is this mold necessary a indicator of diabetes?
Is the normal glucose tolerance test conclusive evidence for not having diabetes?
