Autoimmune diseases

Patient

Q: I have positive ANA with a titre of 320 and positive parietal cell antibodies with a titre of 1280. What autoimmune diseases manifest positive ANA and PCA titres? I am highly symptomatic at present with joint pain, dizziness, skin rashes, depression, muscle aches and spasms, chronic bladder infections, vision difficulties, and extreme fatigue. I have also had autoimmune thryoid disease and now have a significantly atrophied thyroid gland with a 9.9 mm calcified nodule. Are these issues inter-related. I have been referred to a specialist, but apparently the wait time is up to six months to see him.
