B vitamin count is low.

Patient : Hi my B12 count I believe is low, I'm a vegan and ran low on my methylcobalamin and am showing signs of tingling hands and feet, can I get my levels back up myself or should I go into the ER?
Doctor :   You can get them back up yourself. We strongly suggest taking a b12 supplement in the liquid form and keep taking two te aspoons on a daily basis.
