Patient : My 7.5 month old daughter is running fever for the 6th day today. The fever spikes upto 102 deg F( arm)without calpol Her ped said she has bronchilolitis as she was breathing fast with her tummy getting pulled slightly inward little harder than normal but not noticably hard) no wheezing. 6-7 instances of dry coughing during the day espacially after feeds. She is already on clarithromycin as a preventive for secondary bacterial infection. her condition has been the same in the last 5 days. I am not sure if it is bronchiolitis as she doesnt have any runny nose, breathing difficulty wheeezing etc.
