Patient : Hi my name is bill . and i would like to ask you something .yesterday after i did my back workout i sat on a flormat to do abs specifically crunches! when i started the first reps of the set my upper back was doing in a specific spot crack . with the world crack i mean as we do when we push our fingers . what can have caused it. after a while my muscles there didnt feel so good . thnx a lot
