Back, hip, thigh, groin pain

Patient

Q: I have had pain in my hip going on three weeks. Almost as if I need to crack it. I have tried without success to crack it. Now the pain is in my lower back, thigh and groin. PAin is enough to grown at times of certain movement.
When I was 21 I hurt my back and after xrays the DR said I had detereating discs. I lost a ton of weight, joined the army(still in NAtionalguard) and work out on a regular basis.
tHIS IS KILLING ME . Certain movements hurt more than others. What should I do?
