Patient :Back Injury/Loss of feeling. I climbed about 15-20 feet high in a tree. It started raining and my foot slipped and of course I fall directly to the ground landing on my back and partially on my side onto a stump. The pain was much worse than when I broke my shoulder just a year prior to that but I was always scared of the doctor as a child so I did not cry or inform my parents how much pain I was in and also had a baseball game that day. When I ran, it felt as if the back of my head was touching the back of my feet/heals. This is on the left side of my back if you were facing it right before the start of the buttocks. I just bared the pain and went on eventually it going away. I am now a 25 year old GUY. I have noticed for the past 5 or more years I have had a loss of feeling in my "private" area during intercourse. I've had anxiety for a while but not as bad as I did as a teenager. I do smoke but it seems my breathing problems may be a bit worse than most smokers my age. I'm.not sure if I damaged sensory nerves or what as there is no tingling or pain in that "area" during intercourse. I have also had trouble using the restroom since a young teenager. Its as if I don't know when I have to go until I am backed up after 2 or 3 days of not going and have hemorrhoidal issues due to that and have since this injury. I have a phobia of going to a doctor and am now just a bit more confident about going so please do not judge me for not seeing one yet. Any help would be appreciated.
