Q: I have been suffering With lower back pain for years. No one can tell me what's going on. There are times when I can barely walk much less bend over to even put on my shoes. It feels like there are bones or something rubbing together and if I make a wrong move it feels like something is going to break or pop. Also get sharp shooting pains that will make me jump. Almost feels like an electrical shock. I also suffer with the painn going down back of legs ( sciatica) mist times pain is nearly unbarAble. I do construction with heavy lifting.
