Patient : I was exercising one morming when something went in my lower back, straight away it took me over to my right, every morning since i wake up with sore hips and a sore pelvic area, it also feels like im pinching nerves when i sit down. i do stretches every morning to try and straighten but everytime i cough or sneeze it justs pops back out, ive tried yoga and alot of massages but nothing seems to be working
