Back pain

Patient

Q: I try & eat healthy all week but at the weekend if I've ever had a couple of drinks & or a takeaway, I wake up with horrendous back pain, right at the bottom. I can't lye down & have to walk around til it wears off. I have been to my GP but he just gave me something for the pain. It wasn't til a friend told me she also used to suffer with this & could be bowel related? Since then I've kept an eye on the food & drink I eat & realised I only ever suffer with this if I've had a bit of bad food. I also get heartburn a lot & not sure if this has anything to do with it? Any advice would be very helpful. Thankyou.
