Back Pain

Q: Hello Doctor, I'm a 23 year Adult. I'm having little bit partial disability problem, My back portion is little short than a normal adult and My legs are very thin(I have very less muscles on thighs). Actually my mother had an accident, When she was pregnant and was in her 6th month and from there I got this disability. When I was child, Doctor suggested not to do any operation till I get 13-14 years of age. After that we didn't cared about it much. In my childhood and teenage days I didn't had much problem but now it appears that my right pelvis(Hip bone) is coming outwards.
