Back pain

Patient

Q: I have been having back pain after drinking a couple beers. I'm not a big drinker , but do drink beer more often in the last 5 years or so than I used to. A few months ago I had abdominal pain that radiated into my chest area and back. It was so uncomfortable that I checked into the ER. After some blood and urin tests and a ct scan and ultra sound, I left with no answers as they said all looked well. I also had a colonoscopy a few weeks before, and everything checked out good. I have noticed that the back pain returns a day or night after drinking beer. I know the simple solution is to not drink beer. That is no problem, and I haven't recently. But I really want to know what is the cause for this. I am 37 years old. I do suffer from gout and gerd . I do have an appointment with my dr . Any idea what I'm dealing with here?
Thanks
