Back Pain at night for 2 years

Patient

Q: I'm 16 and have had lower back pain for 2 years. It's usually almost non-existent during the day, but the moment I try and lie down flat on my back I experience moderate pain. I have to slowly lower my back from an arched position to flat, otherwise the moderate pain increases and becomes almost unbearable for a brief moment. After a few minutes, this goes away and I can then go to sleep without any further problems. Recently, this has been getting a little worse, and I sometimes experience the issue throughout the day when sitting down. I mainly live a sedentary lifestyle, and spend many hours on a laptop. I'm not overweight but I do experience a lot of stress and anxiety, so I'm wondering if this is a posture problem or something else. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance :)
