Back pain due to LLD and scoliosis

Patient : I am a 22 years old female. I have been diagnosed two years ago with length leg discrepancy where the left leg is taller with 3.3 cm than the left one; and newly diagnosed with scoliosis 21 degrees and secondary hip tilt. I am taking Tramadol medication daily and many anti-inflammatory drugs and I still suffer from severe pain. I used 3cm shoe lift most of the time but still in pain. Is lengthening surgery the only treatment? I need to be pain free please.
