Patient : REMARKS: Cervical spine:  Posterior central herniation is noted at C2 - C3, causing no significant neural compression.  Diffuse disc bulge is noted at C3 - C4 and C4 - C5, indenting anterior subarachnoid space with no significant neural compression.  Mild posterior bulges are noted at C5 - C6 and C6 - C7, causing no significant neural compression. Lumbar spine:  Mild diffuse disc bulge noted at L1 - L2 causing no significant neural compression.  Diffuse disc bulge noted at L4 - L5, indenting both traversing nerve roots. explain !
