Back Pain Relief – Mobility Exercises

Dr. Michelle Solomon, a Chiropractor based out of Toronto, Canada shares some exercises to help relieve chronic back pain.

Dr. Michelle Solomon obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Solomon completed the Functional Integrated Acupuncture course, which utilizes a biomedical approach in treating pain and sport injuries. Dr. Solomon has additional training in upper and lower extremity Active Release Techniques (ART), Osteo-Articular Pumping of the Lower Limbs, and the Webster Technique for prenatal care. In practice, Dr. Solomon integrates a combination of chiropractic manipulation, acupuncture, myofascial release, active rehabilitation and patient education.
