Back pain will not go away!!!!

Patient

Q: Hello I am 42 years old and in ok health. I went to the doctor Nov 14 for a routine checkup. I have high blood pressure and a history of kidney stones. While I was there I told my doctor I was having moderate to severe back pain. It was primarily in my lower back. The doctor prescribed Vicodin and it did help. Since then the script has ran out. I called for a refill but they did not call one in for me. The pain has increased it now includes my lower back area, my middle back are and my neck and shoulders. I have taken OTC medications. I have tried presciption antiimmflamitories and Skelaxin. None of the above have helped with the pain. Please help I dont know what else I can do. It is know to the point that i can only lay and do nothing.
