I changed jobs over the last year and have more of a sit down job now, where I sit at a desk all day. Over the past few weeks I have been having spasms in my lower back that make it hard to concentrate, and it seems to take a long time and several doses of alieve to get rid of the pain if at all. Please help is there something else i can do to stop the spasms.
